Situated in the historic Bush Inn building, 505 Wine Room is the ultimate place to relax with friends for a pre‐dinner drink or post dinner relaxation. Guests can enjoy stunning wine selections from Victoria’s own vineyards and also from around the world.

505 Wine Bar is complemented by its own in house bottle shop, with specialised Sommeliers on hand to provide guidance on wine varieties. The 505 Wine Room bottle shop is located on a corner, which makes it easy to pop in and select a bottle before a special celebration or family dinner at home.

The menu at 505 makes it the perfect destination for an early bite or a late supper with a range of options including Tuna Ceviche, local Snapper with zucchini, fregola, peas and pine nuts or slow cooked Lamb Shoulder or Violet Crumble Honeycomb with Chocolate Aero and Violet ice cream. The delectable food menu is mapped out by what wines match what food items, which makes it easier for the non‐wine connoisseurs.

Everything within 505 Wine Room has been carefully considered. Ricky Smith, a specialist designer of luxury interiors and super yacht interior design, designed the well‐appointed space. 505 Wine Room is an inviting, modern and chic with exposed industrial beams and towering bespoke steel work and oak joinery portals, which are filled with a vast selection of wines. The colour scheme is contemporary with sparkling stainless steel mesh juxtaposing a muted metallic palette of pearl, zinc, copper, aqua and indigo.

The main bar downstairs offers ultimate flexibility for diners to choose from casual high tops or café style tables. The plush and decadent cocktail lounge is upstairs and is also perfect for private parties, functions and special dining events.
