You know that burger joint, the one with the one with the games and the good burgers, it’s in the heart of St Kilda… what’s it called?

Yeah, we know, That Burger Joint!

And so, should you, the philosophy is simple – good eats, good times and a few games for good measure. The guys here don’t want you looking at your phones the whole time you’re at their joint, rather they want you talking, interacting and having an all-round good time.

How do they do this, well That Burger Joint aren’t just about the burgers, but we’ll get back to them. They want you to feel like it’s your home away from home, with a Wii ready to play, a bunch of board games and that old classic, Uno you can’t help but put your phones away and have a few laughs instead.

Now let’s get back to what you really want to know about, the burgers and those good eats we mentioned earlier.

Sitting down we immediately took note of the BJ Munchie Box a box full of munchies filled with Cheesed out Potato Totters, Buffalo Wings, Shoe String Fries, Sweet Chilli Korean Fried Chicken and four Dipping Sauces. If that wasn’t good enough you get all that for $25 – now that’s good value! Be quick the Munchie Box won’t be around forever as its only available for a limited time. But we weren’t done there, and who could pass up Mac & Cheese with a little Bacon on top for good measure. And that was just to start.

That pretty much hit the spot, but we were in That Burger Joint, we couldn’t just not have a burger. So, we indulged a little more and tried a few of the favourites the Mighty Chilean, the Aussie Ranga and the B.Street Banger. Each brought something different to the table all three equally big that we couldn’t even get through them, we had to take them with us. Each had a great flavour, the Chilean is made for the spicy, the ranger for the Aussie purists and the B.Street Banger is for the hungry. This big boy is packed full of flavour and for the those wanting something more.

And we were done but before we could say no, there were fresh House Made Strawberry Jam Donuts covered in chocolate and fresh strawberries. Finding the room for these tasty treats was hard but oh so worth it! These were the cherry on top of what was already a great burger stop.

That Burger Joint have two joints you can drop into in Fitzroy North and St Kilda either way you’re in for a good time and a very satisfying burger. Now ask yourself, your joint or theirs, we know what we’d choose.
