The House Is Stacked

Burgers are everywhere these days, they come in all shapes and sizes, flavours and appeal to just about everyone! So, when we wondered into Royal Stacks we wanted to know what made them special.

Talking to the guys who are behind the counter and behind the grill we said – what you got for us? Put together a little something that represent Royal Stacks and put yourself on a plate.

So, who are the guys you ask, let us tell you – on the Front Lines we had Ujgwal Chettii Bista and Benson Lin and On the Grills there was Sanusi Ibrahim, Rasal Shiestha and Manish Bista.

These boys know what they are doing because they showed us a little something on how Royal Stacks make burgers.

Presented with a tray full of burgers, fries and shakes we were not disappointed.

We had fries, we had shakes but most importantly we had burgers we got The King (beef patty, tomato, lettuce, mac & cheese croquette, mustard, special burger sauce), The Kavorka (crispy fried chicken, cheesy sauce, coleslaw, pickles, chipotle mayo) and they gave us a little something special, something we like the call The House Stack this bad boy came with two crispy fried chickens, a beef patty, mac & cheese croquette, bacon, tomato and lettuce. This thing was epic and was damn good, like D A M N G O O D! It was a meal all on its own.

And if you wanted that little something extra the Collins Street store serves booze, now you have everything you could want.

Royal Stacks definitely know what they are doing when it comes to burgers everything we had was done just right and they are definitely putting their own spin on the humble burger.

If you head on in we definitely recommend the The House Stack, but you might have to tell them what’s in it as the boys put it together for us – but that little bit of effort is definitely worth it for a burger that has literally a bit of everything in it and tastes amazing. All in, these burgers are big and fill the spot just right, you won’t be leaving hungry when you stop into Royal Stacks.
