Melbourne is a foodie paradise and like any good paradise it only gets better by the day – welcome Bincho Boss. The latest addition to the Melbourne Food scene offering a selection of Japanese bits and share plates to satisfy anyone’s tastes.

Having the good fortune to have a Friday off we choose to wander the streets of Melbourne and try a few of the new spots in town. Dropping in for lunch at Bincho Boss we found ourselves immediately transported away from the hustle of Little Burke Street and in the heart of Japanese foodie haven.

With only a small footprint, you will find yourself either sitting along the bar or up the back which has a few larger tables for groups of four or five. Either way it enhances the experience.

Choosing to sit up the back we explored the extensive menu from snacks, to salads, share plates and more we were definitely spoilt for choice. Wanting to sample a little of everything we settled on a little of each.
