SÌ BABY

This chic new Italian restaurant opening along the water in Moreton Bay will be delivering a comprehensive region-spanning menu of Italian cuisine including; truffle burrata and mac ‘n’ cheese bolognese croquette starters and mains like woodfired Napoli-style pizzas, spaghetti with clams, bottarga, chilli and garlic and Sì Baby’s signature linguini with Moreton Bay bugs. These will be joined by frilled rainbow trout, pork schnitzels and rib-eye steaks. On the drink front, expect an extensive wine list blending Australian and Italian varieties and a suite of cocktails.
