Mexican is one of those foods that we all strive for, T A C O S, to put it simply are life. But where do you find a good one to sink your teeth into! If you’re like us the search is ongoing for too long, we have been subjected to second rate Mexican food… until now! Let us introduce you to SÚPERCHIDO. In the heart of Seddon, this humble little Mexican eatery is home to some of the most authentic Mexican we’ve had the pleasure of eating in a long time.

Spoilt for choice is the easiest way to say it, this menu has everything for the carnivore or vegan alike. So, we did the only thing we could, we ate it all. From the snacks to the cocktails, we dove in and at ourselves into a food coma.

The team behind SÚPERCHIDO have taken the time to invest in their food and you can taste in every bite. From the Guacamole De La Casa, their take on it will change the way you want to eat guacamole to the Quesotacos De Res (Jalisco), these crispy tacos are something special and when dipped into the consommé adds a whole new taste sensation… we could not stop eating.

With the food only out done by the cocktail and tequila menu from their range of margaritas to their latest edition, Súper Iced Tea, a tasty combination of gin, peach, citrus & raspberries topped with supermaté soda. This one is perfect to sip on while sharing Birria with a few friends and maybe a cheeky Chocoflan De Paco. But we’re sure you’ll find yourself a sneaky cocktail that you love just like we did.

Our advice, call the gang and post up here on a Sunday afternoon (or any other day you want) and spend the day sipping cocktails while munching down on some of the best Mexican we’ve had in years!
